The Election Commission of India (ECI) has sent a notice to BJPs Bhopal Lok Sabha seat candidate Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, seeking a response over her remarks against former Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) chief late Hemant Karkare.
